Pai Fala – Traditional Samoan Half Moon Pies

Today we are going to cook a very traditional dessert recipe from a very tiny place
located in the South Pacific Ocean called American Samoa. We are using traditional pineapple filling and it taste heavenly.

Qabili Palau/Afghani Palo

Quabili’ palaw is an Afghan dish, a variety of pilaf, consisting of steamed rice mixed with raisins, carrots, and lamb. It is one of the most popular dishes in Afghanistan and is considered the Afghan national dish. Qabel’i Palaw translates to ‘Excellent/outstanding rice’ and not rice from Kabul, as some might think.
